Out of date, but excellent resource of older psychotropics

I am a psychiatrist with 25 years experience - this is a 1991 book, but was easily the best manual of it's time. It has good reviews of special topics - ie. substance abuse, pregnancy, seizures etc. It makes a good inexpensive supplement for a more up to date reference.
