MICHAEL GRANGE and DAVE FESCHUK are the best-selling co-authors of Leafs AbomiNation: The Dismayed Fan's Guide to Why the Leafs Stink and How They Can Rise Again. Together they bring some 3 decades of sports-writing experience to this, their second joint effort. Grange, a multi-platform journalist for Rogers Sportsnet since 2011, appears regularly on Prime Time Sports, the most-listened-to sports talk show in Canada. Formerly of The Globe and Mail, where he covered the NBA and other sports for more than 15 years, he is a senior writer at Sportsnet Magazine and an on-air correspondent on Sportsnet's various television outlets. Feschuk, a Toronto Star sports columnist since 2003, has been a regular fixture on the pro basketball beat since he joined the National Post 1998. Definitely one of my husband's basketball favorites

My husband always used to claim he "hated" reading (claimed his attention span was only long enough for newspaper or magazine articles), until I began buying him sports-related books as Christmas gifts. I'll never forget the look on his face the first time he picked up what he KNEW was a wrapped book ("Oh no... what did you do?" type of look.) Well, I'm happy to say that he's been pleasantly surprised how much he DOES enjoy reading when it's a subject that interests him! He told me this was a definite "5 star" book for him. I love it when I look over all of the new sports books each year, and the name of someone I know he truly admires jumps out at me. This was an easy pick for me, an enjoyable read for him.
